What is Watsu Therapy

Watsu, a treatment modality created in the early 1980s, is a gentle form of body therapy combining elements of massage, shiatsu, muscle stretching, joint mobilization and even dance.

After experiencing and discovering Watsu/Aquatic Therapy for herself Robin saw its immense potential for healing. Her passion is providing physical and emotional relief through Watsu.

Since its creation, people have been floated and stretched in warm waters (96 degrees), all the while continuing to prove Watsu’s effectiveness for a widening range of conditions.
