Robin is a wonderful healer and has a talent for creating the ideal trusting atmosphere for Watsu. Being cradled in water taps allows you to totally let go and brings you into a deeply relaxed and almost womb-like state. Her massage style is very gentle and nurturing, and opens up the subtle pathways that can create a powerful energy shift. I had such a beautiful release at the end and am still feeling the effects of it days later. It was a wonderful heart opener. Thank you, Robin.

Robin has a talent for creating an ideal trusting environment …
Robin’s gentle yet powerful approach … is exquisite.
Robin’s gentle yet powerful approach to aquatic therapy is exquisite. What I love about Robin’s work is her ability strengthen and stretch the muscles, while also guiding me back to a more foundational connection with my core.”

I felt nurtured and held in weightlessness …
I recently had my first watsu session with Robin. It was an amazing experience that resembled rebirthing. Enveloped by the warm embrace of the water I lost track of time and place. I felt my infant self emerge in the gentle, floating environment. I felt nurtured and held in weightlessness. Robin skillfully moved me through the water, always supporting my head. Her transitions between floatation devices and her arms were seamless. I recommend Robin’s watsu without reservation to anyone wishing to give themselves or another a totally unique gift.

Robin rocks! i melted in her gentle hands as she nurtured me into deep relaxation and healing… i felt my spine align naturally and effortlessly…i floated into states of being in the womb… it was surreal… and robin was there gently and quietly guiding me through it… it was a beautiful and healing experience… wish she was here in atlanta…

Experiencing Watsu was like being an infant again.
Experiencing Watsu was like being an infant again. I experienced Robin’s gentle and nurturing presence intimately embracing me as she led our movements in the water together. At the close of our experience, I felt overwhelmed with emotion from being so gently and intimately tended to. I cannot give words to such a dynamic and mystical experience. Thank You Robin.

Watsu gives pregnant women an opportunity to explore their ability
to let go and trust …
Mothers usually give birth with other people present, and they need to be able to trust that the people around them support and accept then unconditionally. Watsu gives pregnant women an opportunity to explore their ability to let go and trust while being physically close to the Watsu therapist. Robin is doing a wonderful job in holding space for that experience.

(Robin’s) watsu pool is the healing womb of portland.
In the watsu pool, i felt a deep relaxation that is unusual for me. it was as if my breath became synchronized with my whole being. robin’s watsu techniques caused spontaneous sounds to come forth from me that reminded me of what it’s like to be surrounded by the healing powers of dolphin’s. robin is a mermaid dolphin. the watsu pool is the healing womb of portland.

Robin’s soothing presence is … a calming factor.
Robin is very skilled and knowledgeable about the body and was able to manipulate the appropriate areas connected to my pain. The Watsu pool is VERY relaxing, and Robin’s soothing presence is also a calming factor. The warm water allows for the body to float and relieve tension in a way not possible with a massage table.
